1. 14-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee
We want Gender Atlas to provide genuine insight and emotional safety. If you are unsatisfied with your comprehensive report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
You can initiate a refund through either of the following paths:
- Via Creem Email Receipt: Open the receipt email sent by Creem and click "Manage Order" or "Request Refund".
- Via Direct Support: Email support@genderatlas.tech with your transaction session_id or token, and we will process the request within 24 hours.
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Creem. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days.
